Our Practice

Times have changed, and so has our team.

We are now operating as a board of physician directors, listed in alphabetical order: Dr. Bertrand, Dr. Callaghan, Dr. Chenard, Dr. Dhatt, Dr. Gervais, Dr. Poulin, Dr. Presello, and Dr. Ubriaco.

As equal physician partners, we share a common vision and mission to guide NEOMO Medical in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care into the next decade.

Our team of eight doctors is dedicated to providing comprehensive family medicine services to our patients. We also employ physician assistants, nurses, administrative staff, clinic runners, and student learners interested in healthcare to enhance our team and support our patient care.

We take pride in being early adopters of innovative practices that improve patient support through digital tools, including phone triage, email communication, online bookings, and automatic appointment reminders, while upholding the caring, comprehensive, and accessible approach that our clinic emphasizes.
