What can I use FastTrack for?

FastTrack is best for stable, minor, non-urgent concerns that may not require a hands-on exam.

Prescription Refills

  • Non-narcotic medications
  • Non-sedative medications

Controlled substances, narcotics, and sedatives cannot be renewed through FastTrack.

A few helpful details before joining the FastTrack queue.

Why can’t I book right now?
The Fast Track Queue is undergoing maintenance, and online bookings are unavailable until Monday, September 14, 2026. During this time, please book online with your family physician or visit our Same Day Walk-In at Elm Place Medical Complex, 40 Elm Street, Unit 275, Greater Sudbury, Ontario, P3C 2S8. If your concern is an emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
Will my existing FastTrack appointment still happen?
Requests submitted before the maintenance period will still be reviewed, and a physician will follow up by phone as scheduled. If you have not heard back and your concern has changed, please visit our Same Day Walk-In or call the clinic.
Who can use FastTrack?
FastTrack is for existing NEOMO Medical patients with eligible minor, non-urgent concerns, that do not require an in-person assessment.
How long does it take to hear back?
A physician will review your request and will follow up by phone within 3 business days of your appointment.
Can I use FastTrack for urgent symptoms?
No. FastTrack is not for urgent or emergency concerns. If your concern is urgent, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
What if I need an in-person appointment?
Please visit our Same Day Walk-In at Elm Place Medical Complex, 40 Elm Street, Unit 275, Greater Sudbury, Ontario, P3C 2S8. Walk-in hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 11:45 AM, 1:00 PM – 3:45 PM and 5:00 PM – 7:45 PM; Friday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM.
