What can I use FastTrack for?

FastTrack is best for stable, minor, non-urgent concerns that may not require a hands-on exam.

Controlled substances, narcotics, and sedatives cannot be renewed through FastTrack.

Who can use FastTrack?
FastTrack is for existing NEOMO Medical patients with eligible minor, non-urgent concerns, that do not require an in-person assessment.
How long does it take to hear back?
A physician will review your request and will follow up by phone within 3 business days of your appointment.
Can I use FastTrack for urgent symptoms?
No. FastTrack is not for urgent or emergency concerns. If your concern is urgent, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
What if I need an in-person appointment?
Please visit our Same Day Walk-In at Elm Place Medical Complex, 40 Elm Street, Unit 275, Greater Sudbury, Ontario, P3C 2S8. Walk-in hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 11:45 AM, 1:00 PM – 3:45 PM and 5:00 PM – 7:45 PM; Friday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM.
