Our Team
A collaborative physician-led practice
NEOMO Medical is led by a board of physician directors who share a common vision for patient care, innovation, and family medicine in Northern Ontario.
NEOMO Medical is now operating as a board of physician directors, listed in alphabetical order: Dr. Bertrand, Dr. Callaghan, Dr. Chenard, Dr. Dhatt, Dr. Gervais, Dr. Poulin, Dr. Presello, and Dr. Ubriaco.
As equal physician partners, our team shares a common mission to support existing patients through comprehensive, evidence-based medical care.
Our physicians are supported by physician assistants, nurses, administrative staff, clinic runners, and student learners who help strengthen the care experience across the clinic.
We continue to use digital tools that support patient access and communication, including phone triage, email communication, online booking, and automatic appointment reminders.
