Is NEOMO Medical accepting new patients?
No. NEOMO Medical is not currently accepting new patients.
Can I join a waitlist?
NEOMO Medical is not currently offering online registration for new patients. If this changes, updates will be shared through official NEOMO Medical communication channels.
Who can use online booking?
Online booking is for existing NEOMO Medical patients booking with their assigned NEOMO Family Physician.
Can I book with any NEOMO doctor?
No. Please book with the NEOMO Family Physician you are registered with.
What do I need to book online?
You may need your name, date of birth, health card information, and the reason for your appointment.
When should I use FastTrack?
FastTrack may be appropriate for existing NEOMO Medical patients with minor, stable, non-urgent concerns that can be reviewed online.
Is online booking or FastTrack for emergencies?
No. Online booking and FastTrack are not for emergencies. If your concern is urgent or cannot safely wait, call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your health card and any information related to your appointment, such as medication lists, forms, or relevant notes.
How do I request a prescription refill?
Some prescription refill requests may require an appointment or physician review. If your concern is minor, stable, and non-urgent, FastTrack may be an option.
Can all medications be renewed online?
No. Some medications may require an appointment, follow-up, or physician review before they can be renewed.
Can my doctor complete forms for me?
Some forms may require an appointment, medical review, or additional time to complete. Please contact the clinic for instructions.
How will I receive test results?
Your care team will follow up when results require action or further discussion. If you have questions about your results, please contact the clinic.
What if I cannot find an appointment time?
Appointment availability varies by physician. If you cannot find a suitable time, call the clinic for guidance.
Can I email medical questions?
Please use the clinic’s approved communication and booking pathways. Do not use email for urgent medical concerns.
What should I do if I am unsure where to go?
If symptoms feel serious, sudden, or worsening, seek urgent care. If your concern is not urgent, contact the clinic for guidance.
