No-Show Updates
Effective January 1st, 2024: All patients will be charged a fee for no-show appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice

If you need a medication refill; have your pharmacy fax or e-prescribe request to your family physician or you can call or e-mail us the request and it will be sent to your family physician. Please note, refills may take up to 5-7 business days to be refilled.
If you have a non-urgent request (examples: request for referrals for non urgent matters, follow ups and blood work reviews), you may e-mail or call us and your request will be triaged by your MD appropriately to either:
a virtual appointment with your MD
a pre-booked in person appointment with your MD
Your MD’s assigned nurse to call back
or a PA call back.
Forms may be dropped off and it will be managed by your family physician. Please note, forms may take up to 30 business days to be completed

Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM and again from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
** Note the last patient registered will be taken 15 minutes before the close time posted e.g.; 11:45 AM, 3:45 PM, and 7:45 PM. This is subject to change based on clinic volumes for the day**
