    Please note:

    • refills may take up to 5-7 business days to be refilled

    • This applies solely to existing prescriptions. To obtain a new prescription, you must schedule an appointment with your family doctor.

  • Access to our walk-in clinic is reserved exclusively for patients registered here at NEOMO. If you are not currently a patient at NEOMO, there are numerous other walk-in clinics available throughout Sudbury, Ontario that you can visit.

  • Because physicians have a high volume of patients, appointment slots are extremely limited. When patients fail to show up or cancel at the last minute, it disrupts the schedule for others. To encourage patients to attend their appointments and prevent this disruption, fees have been implemented.

  • No, at the moment, we're not currently taking in new patients. Please check here for more information on how to find a primary healthcare provider in Ontario.

  • Our anticipated moving date is June 1, 2024 (tentatively). Please note that details are subject to change.

    NEOMO Medical is in the process of relocating to the Elm Place Rainbow Centre.
